Dairy

General Information
Just as Hurst Cottage which adjoins the main farmhouse was originally the dairy where they kept the house cow to produce butter and cheeses. Our new developments all had an original purpose in the farm. Known as the Foldyard, these buildings form a contained courtyard over looking the lakes. Built south facing to catch the summer sun and avoid the cold northerly winds of winter, these 4 cottages have a friendly and cosy feel to them.

  • As Hurst Farm is still a working farm, we would ask guests, especially those with children, to exercise care with livestock, machinery and the fishing lakes.
  • Dogs are permitted subject to season - please ask when booking.
  • The nearest doctor or dentist and local shops are in Bridgnorth, a just five minutes by car.
